Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 01 January 2025
Overview
We aim to provide clear deliverables and timely service. Refunds are handled case-by-case depending on the service purchased and work completed.
Digital Services (LLC Formation, EIN)
Once government/state filings or third-party submissions have been made, we cannot refund fees that have been paid to those third parties. If we have not yet submitted filings, you may cancel and request a refund (less any payment processing fees). Refund eligibility:
- Before submission: Full refund minus payment processor fees.
- After submission: No refund for state/third-party fees; partial refunds possible for our service fee at our discretion.
Website & DFY Services
For website work, refunds depend on work completed. If you cancel after design or development has started, we will invoice for work completed and refund any unused portion.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@digitalsellhq.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within 5–7 business days.
Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we will dispute it using our records. If the chargeback is reversed to you, you may be liable for the original amount plus processing charges.
